Everything you need to know about your stay

From when can I check-in and until when can I check-out?
Check-in takes place from 14.00 and check-out until 10.00.
Is early check-in or late check-out possible?
Yes, both are available. Please contact the hotel reception for more information.
Is there an extra bed in the room?
Yes, some rooms have an extra bed for a fee. When you select the number of people in your online booking, you will be offered rooms with extra beds.
I would like to book a specific room, is that possible?
Yes, we just can't guarantee it every time, e.g., in case of sold-out capacity on the required date or technical malfunction. Please contact the hotel reception.
I'm prescribed a gluten-free and lactose-free diet. Can you provide it for me?
When booking your stay, please include your dietary requirements in the notes or contact the hotel reception (must be reported prior to arrival). During your stay, please inform the restaurant staff.
Are drinks included in the price of lunch and dinner?
Drinks are not included in the price of lunch and dinner. Drinks can be purchased from the drinks menu.
Is it better to order procedures in advance or on the spot?
We recommend that you book the dates of the treatments in advance so that we can arrange the desired date.
Is the sauna included in the spa access?
Yes, the sauna area is part of the two-storey wellness centre, which is included in the price of every stay.
I'll come to you in an electric car. Can I find a charging station on the hotel premises?
Unfortunately, we don't have a charging station.
Can we take the electric scooter to our room?
Electric bikes and scooters cannot be taken to the room. There is a bicycle storage room where you can also recharge them.
Can I come to stay with my dog?
Yes, your four-legged friends are welcome – stays with dogs are possible in Standard rooms according to the current price list.
